Tom is a registered architect and former building official/development coordinator in Georgetown County, SC. He received his Architectural degree from the University of Oklahoma after 10 years as a journeyman carpenter in variety of projects throughout the country. He has been one of the firm's principals since April 1995 and has experience in residential and commercial projects. Thomas is a LEED Certified Professional.

Susan is a South Carolina registered landscape architect, an ISA certified arborist and one of the firm's principals. The state of South Carolina has recognized the firm as a female owned business through the Governor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Assistance.
